Great customer service is great for business

Great customer service is great for business.

 

Last month 77.5% of our residents renewed their leases (50% over the industry average).

Our occupancy rates in this difficult environment have stayed around 97% (compared to national average of 91%).  

Treating residents well, works! 

In case you aren't yet convinced, I have attached an article done very scientifically that describes what we at Signature Community have known all along –

 

The scientific report is attached but if you really want to understand the value of customer service just ask any of the 25+ residents across the country that are working in the Signature Residents Works program to help pay the rent while they are dealing with the tough job market.
